Free audit: your email address and the website URL you submit.

Paid reports & subscriptions: the above, plus the business details you provide during onboarding (brand name, optional personal brand name, competitor names/URLs, key service terms) and your payment record.

Payments: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We analyse only publicly available website content. We do not collect special categories of personal data.

To deliver the service you requested (contract): generating and emailing your audits and reports.

To follow up on a free audit (legitimate interest): we may send a limited number of follow-up emails about your audit results. You can opt out at any time via the link in each email.

To meet legal obligations: tax and accounting records of payments.

Our database is hosted in the EU (Supabase, EU region). We use the following processors to operate the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Inngest (background processing), and AI model providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google — which receive only the search queries we generate, never your personal details.

Free audit data: up to 12 months. Customer data: for as long as your account/subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation. Payment records: as long as Greek tax law requires.

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email hello@upcommerce.gr and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Besides strictly necessary cookies (e.g. for the checkout flow), we use — only with your consent via the cookie banner — Google Analytics 4 (traffic measurement, with IP anonymisation) and Meta Pixel (advertising measurement). If you decline, no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded at all.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will make the banner reappear.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers.
